Jason was the best realtor! We moved from out of state in 2014 and he was extremely prompt, patient, and knowledgeable! You can't really ask for more, but Jason provided a warm and comfortable environment when we had a 3 month deadline to find, buy and move in to a house. He was diligent without being overbearing, patient without being a pushover, and knowledgeable without telling us what we should or shouldn't do. A helpful example came when our current home came on the market. We had just taken a trip in order to find a home and came up empty. He called me at my former work and insisted that we needed to take a look at this home that, mind you, was on the market for a few hours. Wow best realtor I found and I have had a lot! Jason is not pushy but he gets his point across, he's very knowledgeable and easy going but can be aggressive when it's needed. He took me all over Orlando without ever complaining and showed me so many properties I lost count (I am a little picky to say the least!) He never gave up till he found the perfect property for us. During negotiations is when we saw how strong and determined he is .Trust me you won't go wrong with him he will do what ever is needed without complaint and will always take your call and not ignore you no matter how busy he is.
